The health and well-being of students is a key factor in their academic success.
ENSAPLV pays particular attention to these major issues. It has taken concrete steps to improve its organization, creating a Student Life Department and a Health and Student Life COPIL made up of teachers, students and administrative representatives. The latter’s mission is to propose strategic directions and actions (social, sporting, cultural, etc.), based in particular on the Ministry of Culture’s 2022-2027 action plan to improve the well-being and health of students at the Écoles nationales supérieures d’architecture et de paysage.
During the health crisis, an emergency aid fund (FAUVE) was set up to support students in difficulty. This fund is now permanent. It can be used to meet a student’s day-to-day living needs and/or to help purchase computer or teaching equipment.
The Student Life Department, which is part of the Training, Schooling and Student Life Department, has two missions:
1. Social and health support for students
- follow-up of grant holders and relations with the CROUS ;
- administrative management of the National Emergency Aid Fund ;
- administrative management of the ENSAPLV Emergency Assistance Fund (FAUVE) ;
- support for students with disabilities: referral to the university health service for specific support if required;
- support for students with non-academic difficulties: psychological support, financial aid, help in finding accommodation.
2. A mission to promote student life
- support for student associations in preparing their projects and grant applications;
- administrative and financial monitoring of the CVEC program;
- Student Life Council follow-up;
- follow-up on the recognition of student commitment.
